These terms are an initial website version and will be reviewed before public launch.
Bookings and quotations
Quotes are based on the journey and service details supplied at the time of booking. A booking is confirmed only when My Black Limo Service provides confirmation. Website estimates may change where route, waiting time, toll, parking, airport, event, additional-stop or other journey details change.
Waiting and delays
Reasonable airport pickup procedures and any included grace period will be stated in the booking confirmation. Additional waiting may be charged where applicable. We will use reasonable efforts to accommodate flight delays and changed arrival times.
Passengers and child restraints
The customer must provide accurate passenger, luggage and child-restraint requirements. Requested child, baby and booster seats are subject to availability and must be confirmed before travel.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and amendment conditions, including any applicable fee, will be disclosed with the confirmed booking. Special events, weddings, group transport and high-demand periods may have specific conditions.
Conduct and vehicle care
Passengers must act lawfully and reasonably. Cleaning, repair or damage costs caused by passengers may be charged where permitted by law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
